EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 16, 2012 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2013, THE HOME ENTERED INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL TRANSFER (IGT) AGREEMENT WITH JASPER COUNTY HOSPITAL (JCH). UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, THE HOME TRANSFERRED ALL PATIENT ACTIVITY AND OPERATIONS TO JCH, AS WELL AS, LEASES ALL STAFF TO JCH. THE HOME ACTED AS MANAGER OVER ALL PATIENT ACTIVITY AND OPERATIONS AND IS ENTITLED TO MANAGEMENT FEES, RENTS, AND ROYALTIES. EFFECTIVE AUGUST 31, 2013, THE HOME SOLD ALL ASSETS AND THE AGREEMENT WITH JASPER AS NOTED ABOVE TO PULASKI HEALTH FOUNDATION, INC. THE HOME MUST MAINTAIN THE CORPORATE ENTITY FOR A PERIOD OF TIME PER THE SALE AGREEMENT. THUS, IN 2014 AND BEYOND, ACTIVITY WAS MINIMAL.
