LYC PROVIDES SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THREE MAIN CATEGORIES; PRESCHOOL, SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL. LYC OFFERS A PRESCHOOL DEDICATED TO GETTING CHILDREN AGES 3 AND 4 PREPARED FOR KINDERGARTEN BOTH SOCIALLY AND ACCADEMICALLY. THE CURRICULUM WAS CREATED BY WORKING WITH KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS IN ORDER TO GIVE THE STUDENTS ATTENDING THE PRESCHOOL A STRONG FOUNDATION OF WHAT THEY NEED TO KNOW WHEN BEGINNING KINDERGARTEN THE FOLLOWING YEAR. THE SPORTS PROGRAM AT LYC OFFERS MULTIPLE SPORTS OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE KIDS IN THE COMMUNITY ALL YEAR ROUND.
