THE ASSOCIATION HOLDS PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF THE RESTAURANT AND LODGING INDUSTRY.
THE ASSOCIATION CONDUCTS CLASSES WHICH ENABLE ITS MEMBERSHIP TO MEET THE STATE REQUIREMENT THAT AT LEAST ON FOOD-HANDLER IN RESTAURANTS, CATERING, CONCESSIONAIRES ETC ARE CERTIFIED BY AN APPROVED ALCOHOL COURSE (SERVESAFE). IT ALSO CONDUCTS CLASSES IN THE HANDLING, SELLING AND SERVING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
