YR 2023 COUNTRYSIDE THE COUNTRYSIDE FARMERS MARKET AND A COUNTRYSIDE FARM ADVISOR FACILITATED A SEPARATION OF THE FARMERS MARKET FROM THE COUNTRYSIDE AS DIRECTED BY THE CUYAHOGA VALLEY NATIONAL PARK (CVNP). THE SEPARATION WAS COMPLETED MIDYEAR 2023. THE COUNTRYSIDE FARMERS MARKET WAS RENAMED THE CUYAHOGA VALLEY FARMERS MARKET (CVFM). THE CVFM ESTABLISHED A BOARD AND THEIR OWN 501(3)(C) STATUS. THE COUNTRYSIDE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO MAINTAIN THE TWO OFFICE BUILDINGS AND STORAGE/EVENT BARN ON CVNP PROPERTY AND INCURE THE ASSOCIATED COSTS FOR UTILITIES- ELECTRIC, GAS, PHONES, SPECTRUM WI-FI AND SECURITY, AS WELL AS, ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR SALES, FOOD STAMPS, CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AND EMPLOYEE PAYCHECK PROGRAMS.
