HOSPICE CARE OHIO, INC. PROVIDED HOSPICE CARE TO PATIENTS AT HOME AS WELL AS AT ITS HOSPICE CARE CENTER. IN ADDITION, HOSPICE CARE OHIO, INC. PROVIDED INFUSION SERVICES TO PATIENTS AT HOME AND IN FACILITIES. ALL SERVICES CONTINUE TO BE DELIVERED BY VISITING NURSE SERVICE, INC., CONSISTENT WITH ITS EXEMPT PURPOSES.
