SUPPORTIVE HOUSING DESIGNED TO OFFER RENTAL HOUSING SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS AGED 62 YEARS OR OLDER WITH VERY-LOW-INCOME. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE, SAFE, AND SANITARY DECENT CONDITION OF HOUSING TO ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS, ALLOWING THEM THE CHANCE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY. THE PROGRAM ADDRESSES THE UNIQUE HOUSING NEEDS OF SENIORS BY COMBINING AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS WITH ACCESS TO SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, SUCH AS MEALS, HOUSEKEEPING, TRANSPORTATION, AND ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING.
