PAUL EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, WHICH HAS NOW COMBINED WITH FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH. GRANTS ARE MADE TO FAITH-BASED ORGANIZATIONS AFFILIATED WITH AND/OR SUPPORTED BY THE NORTHEASTERN OHIO SYNOD OF THE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH IN AMERICA. ENDOWMENT FUND GRANTS ARE DIRECTED TO USES OF GRANT RECIPIENTS APART FROM THEIR GENERAL OPERATING EXPENSES AND DIRECTED TOWARDS PROJECTS THAT INTRODUCE PEOPLE TO GOD'S GRACE AND TO GOD'S HEALING AND HELPING PRESENCE.
