CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH OF PARMA, OHIO. THE FOUNDATION AND ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH ARE BOTH ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL SERVICE PURPOSES CONSISTENT WITH THE PRINCIPALS, TEACHINGS AND PHILOSOPHY OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH. THE PLANNED ACTIVITIES OF THE FOUNDATION ARE TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH. THE PRIMARY EMPHASIS WILL BE THE SCHOOL AND EDUCATIONAL FUNCTIONS OF ST.
