50/50 RAFFLE IS A PERIODIC EVENT TO RAISE MONEY TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE YOUTH OF N.E. OHIO


REVIVING BASEBALL IN INNER CITIES (RBI) IS A MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL YOUTH OUTREACH PROGRAM DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, INCREASE YOUTH WITH DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS INTO THE MAINSTREAM OF THE GAME, AND INCREASE THE NUMBER OF TALENTED ATHLETES TO PLAY IN COLLEGE AND PROFESSIONALLY. GUARDIANS RBI ROSTERS ARE CONSTRUCTED WITH CLEVELAND METROPOLITAN SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS. CGC PROVIDES COACHING STAFF, TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMMODATIONS, AND MEALS FOR TOURNAMENT TRAVEL, AND UNIFORMS TO PARTICIPANTS.

FANTASY CAMP IS A REAL-LIFE BASEBALL EXPERIENCE CREATED THROUGH INSTRUCTION AND INTERACTION, BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD, IN AN ATMOSPHERE COMPARABLE TO THE MAJOR LEAGUES WHILE UPHOLDING "FUN" REGARDLESS OF THE CAMPER'S AGE AND SKILL LEVEL. THE PURPOSE OF THE CAMP IS TO GENERATE FINANCIAL REVENUES FOR CLEVELAND INDIANS CHARITIES WHO IN TURN PROVIDES BASEBALL-RELATED FUNDING TO NORTHEAST OHIO YOUTH.
