THE OTSEGO ENDOWMENT FOUNDATION OEF TRUSTEES SEMI-ANNUALLY APPROVE GRANTS AND EDUCATION AWARDS TO APPLICANTS WHO REQUEST MONIES FOR ACTIVITIES THAT ENRICH THE EDUCATION OF THE APPROXIMATELY 1,600 STUDENTS OF THE OTSEGO LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN OHIO. WITHOUT OEF, THESE ACTIVITIES WOULD NOT BE FUNDED DUE TO SCHOOL BUDGET CONSTRAINTS. APPROVED GRANTS AND EDUCATION AWARDS ARE LIMITED TO SEMI-ANNUAL INCOME FROM INVESTMENTS. FUNDING FOR OEF IS PRIMARILY GENERATED BY AN ANNUAL DINNER RAFFLE, SPECIAL EVENTS AND A DONOR DRIVE.
