THE ORGANIZATION HAD 67% EXISTS TO PERMANENT HOUSING WITH A 67% POSITIVE/NEUTRAL DISCHARGE. THE ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDING A STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT WITH COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES IN ORDER TO SHIFT THE RESIDENTS FROM CRISIS TO SELF RELIANT.
