TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR TUTORS WHO TEACH READING TO STUDENTS. PROGRAM INCLUDES TUTORING OF UNDEREDUCATED ADULTS (ENGLISH SPEAKING, AGE 16 AND OVER, NOT IN SCHOOL, READING AT 4TH GRADE LEVEL OR BELOW) IN READING AND WRITING. 383 STUDENTS ENROLLED AND 144 GED GRADUATES. APPROXIMATELY 22,954 INSTRUCTIONAL HOURS WERE PROVIDED. DUE TO COVID-19, PROGRAM SERVICES MOVED TO VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION WHICH LESSEN PROGRAM PARTICIPATION DUE TO STUDENTS HAVE LACK OF ACCESS TO DEVICES, TECHNOLOGY OR INTERNET.
