HHW ACCELERATES WOMEN'S ADVANCEMENT AS WORKPLACE AND COMMUNITY LEADERS. WE CONNECT AND ENCOURAGE WOMEN TO PURSUE FULFILLING, FAMILY-SUSTAINING CAREERS WITH THE INVOLVEMENT OF TRAINED VOLUNTEERS WHO SERVE AS ROLE MODEL SPEAKERS, AS WELL AS INDUSTRY AND COMMUNITY CHAMPIONS. HHW OHIO VOLUNTEERS LEAD INFORMATION SESSIONS, CAREER DAY ACTIVITIES, AND HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS. HHW OHIO PARTNERS WITH INDUSTRY AND COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO OFFER WOMEN IN SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT, OR WISE PATHWAYS, A CAREER EXPLORATION COURSE THAT EXPLORES HIGH DEMAND, GOOD-PAYING CAREERS JOBS IN ENERGY, MANUFACTURING, ADVANCED INDUSTRIES, AND OTHER SKILLED CAREERS.
