UPWARDLY GLOBAL'S PROGRAM PROVIDES TRAINING, COACHING AND NETWORKING ASSISTANCE TO WORK-AUTHORIZED, UNEMPLOYED AND UNDEREMPLOYED IMMIGRANTS, REFUGEES AND ASYLEES. SOME 10,000 PEOPLE HAVE SECURED THRIVING WAGE JOBS THROUGH OUR PROGRAM. THE AVERAGE ANNUAL SALARY OF THOSE WHO WE SUPPORTED TO PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYMENT WAS OVER $67,000.
OUR EMPLOYER PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM PROVIDES U.S. EMPLOYERS WITH ACCESS TO HIGHLY SKILLED, DIVERSE, AND MOTIVATED IMMIGRANT PROFESSIONALS, AND ENGAGED THOUSANDS OF VOLUNTEERS IN MEANINGFUL CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY SUPPORT. WE BUILD STRONG LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYERS THAT SHIFT AWARENESS, HIRING PRACTICES, AND COMPANY CULTURE AROUND IMMIGRANT INCLUSION.
