PROVIDES A COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM THAT IS COMMITTED TO HELPING NEIGHBORHOODS CREATE APPROXIMATELY 126 COMMUNITY GARDENS AND GREEN SPACES IN URBAN TOLEDO. THE SEED SWAP PROGRAM PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE COMMUNITY TO RECEIVE FREE SEEDS AND EDUCATION AS WELL AS SWAP SEEDS AND INFORMATION FOR GROWING NATIVE GARDENS.
