ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FINANCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS AND ATTRACT INVESTORS FOR NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
