TO BUILD A MOVEMENT TO ACHIEVE ECONOMIC JUSTICE BY ENGAGING DIRECTLY WITH AFFECTED WOMEN TO IMPROVE WORKING CONDITIONS. OUR VISION IS AN ECONOMICALLY JUST WORLD WHERE POVERTY AND DISCRIMINATION HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED, THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF WOMEN ARE RECOGNIZED AND VALUED, AND ALL WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES THRIVE.

GRASSROOT POWER BUILDING- NON-PARTISAN INTEGRATED VOTER ENGAGEMENT, VOTER PROTECTION AND MOBILIZATION; POLITICAL EDUCATION WORKSHOPS THAT ENGAGE LOW-PROPENSITY VOTERS TO SEE VOTING AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AS KEY TO WINNING CHANGE IN POLICIES THEY NEED; AND OUR COMMUNITY JUSTICE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM, A PAID ORGANIZING APPRENTICESHIP FOR GRASSROOTS BIPOC WOMEN LEADERS.
