THE WOMEN'S FUND FOR THE FOX VALLEY HARNESSES THE COLLECTIVE POWER OF PHILANTHROPY TO DIRECT RESOURCES ON CREATING, STRENGTHENING, AND ACCELERATING OPPORTUNITIES THAT ENABLE WOMEN AND GIRLS TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. THIS WORK IS DONE THROUGH GRANTING, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND STRATEGIC INITIATIVES. THE WOMEN'S FUND ADOPTED FOCUS AND PRIORITY AREAS TO HAVE AN EVEN GREATER IMPACT FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS. IN 2022 THE WOMEN'S FUND PROVIDED 82 GRANTS TO 24 DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT OUR FOCUS OF ADVANCING ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS THROUGH THREE PRIORITY AREAS: CONTINUING EDUCATION; LIFE SKILLS, MENTORING AND SUPPORTS; AND MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS. THE WOMEN'S FUND HOSTS GIRL-POWERED GIVING, ENGAGING HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS IN LEADERSHIP, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND TEACHING THE NEXT GENERATION OF FEMALE LEADERS ABOUT PHILANTHROPY.
