PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 2019 THE STARK COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION HAD ASSUMED FEES PAID TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE ON BEHALF OF NOTARY PUBLIC APPLICANTS IN STARK COUNTY.
MAILINGS AND SUPPLIES AID IN KEEPING THOSE IN THE FIELD OF LAW ABREAST OF CURRENT EVENTS AND EDUCATIONAL CLASSES.
