EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: THE MISSION IS TO MAXIMIZE EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS AND ACCESS COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL BEHAVIORAL DISABILITIES, PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, AND INDIVIDUALS WITH OTHER SOCIO-ECONOMIC CHALLENGES, AS WELL AS TO SERVE EMPLOYER NEEDS BY ENHANCING THE BUSINESS RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT, AND RETENTION OF EMPLOYEES. PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: THE AGENCY PLACED 57 INDIVIDUALS IN COMPETITIVE, COMMUNITY-BASED JOBS. IN ADDITION, WE SERVED 335 PEOPLE IN A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY AND FACILITY-BASED WORK OPPORTUNITIES.
OUTPATIENT SERVICES: THE GOAL IS TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL DISORDERS TO HELP THEM IMPROVE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF BEHAVIORS AND/OR LIFESTYLE CHANGES WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO ACHIEVE THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE, STABILITY, AND LIFE SATISFACTION. SERVICES INCLUDE OUTPATIENT CARE, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND INTENSIVE COMMUNITY-BASED TREATMENT. IN OUR OUT-PATIENT AND COMMUNITY SERVICES, 5,224 PEOPLE RECEIVED SERVICE INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT, COUNSELING, AND PHARMACOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT.
RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT: PROVIDES SHORT TERM, HIGH QUALITY RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH SERIOUS PSYCHOLOGICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES, WITH THE INTENTION OF ALLOWING THOSE INDIVIDUALS TO RESIDE IN THE COMMUNITY IN THE LEAST RESTRICTIVE SETTING. 584 CLIENTS BENEFITED FROM RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT TOTALING 16,308 BED DAYS.
OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE: DAYBREAK, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, GUARDIANSHIP, INDEPENDENT HOUSING, AND RAPE COUNSELING.
