MULTIFAMILY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - GREATER BALTIMORE AHC, INC. (AHC-GB) TAKES A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING. AHC-GB CREATES INNOVATIVE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT/ACQUISITION STRATEGIES AND PAIRS THEM WITH LIFE-CHANGING PROGRAMS FOR RESIDENTS. FOUNDED IN 2004, THE GROWING PORTFOLIO OF 11 MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITIES PROVIDES OVER 2,100 APARTMENT AND TOWNHOME HOMES TO LOW-INCOME AND EXTREMELY LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS OF BALTIMORE CITY, BALTIMORE COUNTY, AND SUBURBAN MARYLAND.
