THE SCARLET LINE/EMPOWERMENT CENTER-AN OUTREACH PROGRAM CONNECTING DIRECTLY WITH ADULT FEMALE VICTIMS OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, PROSTITUTION AND SEX TRAFFICKING PROVIDING DIRECT SERVICES, CONSISTENT PLACE OF SAFETY. OFFERING BASICE DAILY LIVING NEEDS AND A HEALTHY MEAL. THE PROGRAM SERVED: 35 GATHERINGS, 420 HOT MEALS SERVED, 32 STREET OUTREACH DAYS, 384 BOXED LUNCHES SERVED.
