THE FALL FESTIVAL COMMITTEE HOSTED THE ROSE HILL FALL FESTIVAL OCTOBER 8-10, 2021. IT INCLUDED A CHILI FEED THAT FED OVER 300. THE RUN FOR THE ROSES INCLUDED OVER 100 RUNNERS. THE PARADE HAD OVER 75 ENTRIES AND LASTED FOR AN HOUR. THE CRAFT SHOW HAD OVER 100 BOOTHS. THE LINES AT THE FOOD COURT WERE 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR WAIT. THE CAR SHOW HAD OVER 90 ENTRIES. THE CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT WAS FULL WITH 30 TEAMS. THE CHILDREN'S GAMES ON THE TURF WERE BUSY ALL AFTERNOON. THE CARNIVAL HAD THE BEST WEEKEND OF THEIR ENTIRE SEASON. THE PEDAL TRACTOR PULL AND TURTLE RACES ATTRACTED NUMEROUS CHILDREN. THE DJ AND PARTY AT THE POND WERE WELL ATTENDED. THE DEMOLITION DERBY (1ST FOR ROSE HILL) WAS A HUGE SUCCESS AND WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR. THE FISHING DERBY HAD APPROXIMATELY 150 ENTRIES. WE HAD BEAUTIFUL WEATHER AND ESTIMATED WE REACHED WELL OVER 3,000 PEOPLE.
