MAINTAINING OF THE CINCINNATI BALLET FOUNDATION FOR THE LONG TERM MANAGEMENT AND GROWTH OF AN ENDOWMENT TO SUPPORT THE CINCINNATI BALLET COMPANY, INC. OPERATIONS.
