SUPPORT FOR DAV NATIONAL SERVICE OFFICERS WHO REPRESENT VETERANS CLAIMANTS AT THE V A EQUIPMENT, TRAINING, SUPPLIES AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS AID THE SERVICE OFFICERS REPRESENT VETERANS TO SECURE BENEFITS AND AWARDS.
