PROVIDE GRANTS TO SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE NCSJ. THIS ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS THE JEWISH COMMUNITIES IN RUSSIA, UKRAINE, THE BALTIC STATES AND EURASIA, WITH THE GOAL OF SAFEGUARDING INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNAL POLITICAL RIGHTS OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITIES AND SECURING RELIGOUS AND POLTICAL FREEDOMS.


PROVIDE GRANTS TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, WITH THE GOALS OF PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING A VARIETY OF EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE RUSSIAN JEWISH CONGRESS. THESE HAVE INCLUDED SEMINARS FOCUSING ON THE NEEDS OF THE RUSSIAN JEWISH COMMUNITY, STRENGTHENING BONDS BETWEEN ISRAEL AND RUSSIA AND COMBATING THE RISE OF GLOBAL ANTI-SEMITISM. IN ADDITION, THE GRANTS SUPPORT SPECIAL MISSIONS OF RUSSIAN JEWISH LEADERSHIP THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A MONUMENT HONORING THE SOLDIERS OF THE RED ARMY AND A TREK THROUGH THE ISRAELI DESERT TO PROMOTE RELIGOUS AND SPIRITUAL ADVANCEMENT.
