THE MISSION OF THE VIRGINIA HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOUNDATION (VAHCCF) IS TO PROVIDE THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY WITH EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO SUCCESSFULLY INTEGRATE THEMSELVES INTO THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA..

PASAPORTE A LA EDUCACION PROGRAM FURTHERED THE FOUNDATION'S OBJECTIVE TO KEEP HISPANIC STUDENTS ON THE PATH TO HIGHER EDUCATION AND SKILL-SETS CERTIFICATION, ADDRESSING THE HURDLES THAT HISPANIC STUDENTS FACE IN A CARING AND CULTURALLY RELEVANT WAY. SERVED STUDENTS IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND AND COUNTY OF CHESTERFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS; 100 STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN BILINGUAL LEADERSHIP MENTORING PROGRAMS IN ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOLS.


OUR BILINGUAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER PROVIDES BILINGUAL COUNSELING AND EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS TO INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN STARTING AND GROWING THEIR BUSINESS. COMPLEMENTED WITH OUTREACH AND NETWORKING EVENTS TO FACILITATE CONNECTIONS WITH THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY AND AID IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.


PROVIDED TRABAJAVA, OUR JOB MATCHING PLATFORM WHICH HELPS MATCH REGIONAL EMPLOYERS WITH HISPANIC JOB SEEKERS.OUR LEGAL AND CIVIL ASSISTANCE CLINICS HELPED LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS WITH IMMIGRATION AND CIVIL ISSUES. OVER 3,000 HOURS WERE DONATED BY LOCAL ATTORNEYS AND VOLUNTEERS.
