LIFT -HELP FAMILIES SET GOALS FOR THEMSELVES TO ELEVATE FROM POVERTY AND IMPROVE LIFE BY REMOVING BARRIERS. APPROXIMATELY 125 APPLICANTS
ASSIST HAMILTON COUNTY FAMILIES AFFECTED BY COVID 19. HELPED WITH UTILITIES,RENT, MORTGAGE, MEDICAL BILLS, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION, REPAIRS. 30 TO 75 APPLICANTS BASED ON PROGRAM.
