BLUE SOLUTIONS PROVIDES TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT TO PEOPLE WITH SEVERE DISABILITIES THROUGH EMPLOYMENT WITH FEDERAL CONTRACTS UNDER THE ABILITYONE PROGRAM. IN 2021, 75.2% OF THE INDIVIDUALS EMPLOYED HAD A SEVERE DISABILITY PURSUANT TO THE JAVITS WAGNER ODAY ACT AND WERE SERVED THROUGH WORK EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND ACCESS TO MISSION SERVICES. INDIVIDUAL SERVICE PLANS HELP IDENTIFY TRAINING AREAS FOR TEAM MEMBERS IN THIS PROGRAM. TEAM MEMBERS ARE PROVIDED ONE-ON-ONE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO ASSIST IN MAINTAINING EMPLOYMENT, EVALUATING JOB SKILLS AND PROVIDING STABILITY AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
