FACILITY CONSISTS OF 84 INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENTS AND 40 INDEPENDENT LIVING COTTAGES THAT ARE LEASED AND RENEWED ON A YEARLY BASIS. 121 UNITS IN TOTAL WERE LEASED AND FULLY OCCUPIED AT THE END OF THE YEAR.
