NAPA OMBUDSMAN: MOLLY'S ANGELS IS THE FISCAL AGENT FOR THE NAPA OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM. A LONG-TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN IS A TRAINED ADVOCATE FOR RESIDENTS OF LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES. THEY EDUCATE RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS AND ENCOURAGE SELF-EMPOWERMENT. THEY KEEP CURRENT LISTS OF FACILITIES AND VIOLATIONS WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW.

CARE CALLS: MOLLY'S ANGELS VOLUNTEERS MAKE WEEKLY CHECK-IN CALLS TO SENIORS LIVING ALONE IN NAPA COUNTY OFFERING A SAFETY CHECK, AND FRIENDLY CONVERSATION, HELPING TO ALLEVIATE LONELINESS AND DEPRESSION.
