MAJOR EXPENSES INCLUDE PROGRAM STAFF COMPENSATION IN ORDER TO FURTHER THE MISSION, INCLUDING: PREDEVELOPMENT WORK FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS, AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTDEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT, PACKAGING LOW-INTEREST USDA 502 DIRECT MORTGAGES, PRESERVING SUBSIDY THROUGH ACCESS TO HOME REPAIR FUNDS AND MANAGING RESALES, IDENTIFYING AND SUPPORTINGDIVERSE COMMUNITIES BY IDENTIFYING AND REMOVING BARRIERS TO OPPORTUNITY AND SUCCESS THROUGH COALITION WORK AT THEINTERSECTION OF RACE AND EQUITY FORCLOSURE PREVENTION AND POST-PURCHASE SERVICES, SERVICE COORDINATION FOR RENTAL UNITS, AND AFFIRMATIVE MARKETING AND OUTREACH.
