IN 2021, TCTM AGAIN WAS A PARTNER IN THE SUPPORT OF A VIRTUAL CONFERENCING SO THAT TEACHERS COULD CONTINUE TO BE SUPPORTED DURING THE PANDEMIC THAT RESTRICTED FACE-TO-FACE PARTICIPATION. OVER 1000 TEACHERS PARTICIPATED REMOTELY TO TRAINING SESSIONS. THE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS WAS CONTINUED THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR ALONG WITH OTHER STATE ORGANIZATIONS THAT GAVE TEACHERS ACCESS TO ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WITH MULTIPLE SESSIONS AND TOPICS AVAILABLE AS PART OF THE 2021 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION. THE TCTM JOURNAL, THE TEXAS MATHEMATICS TEACHER, CONTINUED TO BE PRODUCED AND PROVIDED FOR MEMBERS. ACCESS TO ARCHIVED JOURNALS IF FREE TO ALL. SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO SEVEN PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS TO BE USED DURING THEIR STUDENT TEACHING YEAR. EDUCATORS ALSO WERE AWARDED GRANTS FOR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND MATERIALS AS REQUESTED.
