THE FOUNDATION PROMOTES AND SUPPORTS THE PROGRAMS, PRIVATE SCHOLARSHIPS, SERVICES AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS OF EDISON COMMUNITY COLLEGE BY SOLICITING, RECEIVING, HOLDING, ADMINISTERING AND APPLYING FUNDS.
