THE DAYTON FOUNDATION IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF THE DAYTON FOUNDATION CHARITABLE ACCOUNTS, INC. THE DAYTON FOUNDATION FORMED DAYTON FOUNDATION CHARITABLE ACCOUNTS, INC.
