ALL OF THE ORGANIZATION'S ASSETS WERE SOLD DURING 2011. DURING 2014, THE ORGANIZATION DEVELOPED A NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND RESTRUCTURED AS A GRANT MAKING ORGANIZATION TO HELP SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED. THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE CONVERTING TO A PRIVATE FOUNDATION.
