WEATHERIZATION AND ENERGY ASSISTANCE- PROVIDES FUNDS FOR REPAIR OF LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUAL HOUSING (41 HOMES SERVICED) AND PROVIDES ASSISTANCE FOR PAYMENT OF ENERGY BILLS FOR LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS (2,384 CLIENTS SERVED) WHO QUALIFY
