THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF ATRIUM MEDICAL CENTER IS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE INPATIENT, OUTPATIENT, AND EMERGENCY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF BUTLER AND WARREN COUNTIES.
