THE CORP. WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE INDUSTRY IN GALLIA COUNTY. IT'S NUMBER ONE OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE LAND, SECURE NECESSARY UTILITIES AND ENTICE INDUSTRY.
SALE OF BUILDING AND LAND ASSETS- AS PART OF THE ORGANIZATION EXEMPT PURPOSE IT HOLDS AN INVENTORY OF DEVELOPABLE LAND. IN ORDER TO BRING JOBS AND INDUSTRY INTO THE COMMUNITY THESE ASSETS ARE SOLD IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THE GOAL OF LOCAL ECONOMIC GROWTH.
