SUPPORTIVE SERVICES - WHICH INCLUDES PROVIDING INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES RELATED TO FINDING RESOURCES TO MEET VARIOUS NEEDS, LOCATING THE FRAIL, ISOLATED ELDERLY AND LINKING THEM WITH COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO MEET VARIOUS NEEDS, THE HOMEMAKER SERVICE WHICH PROVIDES HELP, AT A CHARGE, WITH KEEPING YOUR HOME CLEAN AND SAFE THUS PROMOTING INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR THE ELDERLY, ASSISTING SENIORS WITH FILING THEIR TAX RETURNS, OFFERING MONTHLY BLOOD PRESSURE, HEARING, AND VACCINATION CLINICS AND ANNUAL HEALTH CLINICS, AND PROCESSING GOLDEN BUCKEYE APPLICATIONS. THE CENTER MADE 794 HOMEMAKER VISITS IN 2021.
