FAMILY SERVICE- SERVICE OVER 600 ECONOMICALLY STRESSED FAMILIES. DISTRIBUTE FOOD THROUGH THE CHOICE FOOD PANTRY AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE, LEGAL AID, HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, CHILDCARE, CLOTHING AND EMERGENCY MATERIAL ASSISTANCE. ASSIST RESIDENTS TO ENROLL IN THE HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM DURING THE WINTER SEASON.
YOUTH SERVICES- PROVIDES KINDERGARDEN-5TH AFTER SCHOOL AND SUMMER OUT OF SCHOOL PROGRAM. WORKS TO PREVENT DELINQUENCY, IMPROVES GRADES AND PHYSICAL FITNESS, AND PROVIDE POSITIVE MENTORING AND TUTORING FOR CHILDREN. HOSTS FREE SUMMER LUNCH DURING SUMMER FOR YOUTH UP TO EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE.
SENIOR SERVICES- HELP SENIOR CITIZENS TO REMAIN INDEPENDENT AND SAFE IN THEIR OWN HOMES AND PROVIDE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THIS SERVICE PROVIDES SOCIAL GATHERINGS, TRANSPORTATION FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND WEEKLY GROCERY TRIPS. HOME VISITS AND PERSONAL ASSISTANCE ARE ALSO PROVIDED AS NECESSARY.
OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE OUR KINSHIP CARE PROGRAM, SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM AND EXPENSES OF OUR SPONSORED ORGANIZATIONS.
