WE PROVIDE A RICH VARIETY OF OPPORTUNITIES THAT WORK TO DISCOVER THE INDIVIDUALS' UNIQUE STRENGTHS, PREFERENCES, INTEREST, AND SKILLS THAT ALIGN WITH THE INDIVIDUALS GOAL TO INCREASE INDEPENDENCE BY GAINING COMPETITIVE INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT AND/OR TO BUILD NATURAL SUPPORTS IN THE COMMUNITY.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, IN ADDITION TO TRAINING INDIVIDUALS FOR SPECIFIC WORKFORCE NEEDS, CAN ALSO ASSIST IN IDENTIFYING AND DIRECTLY CONNECTING EMPLOYERS WITH QUALIFIED JOB SEEKERS WITH DISABILITIES. AS A DISABILITY AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE PROVIDER MONCO CAN PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORTS TO ENSURE THE SUCCESS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ONCE ON THE JOB.
