ALLOCATIONS - UNITED WAY PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO OVER 70 SOCIAL SERVICE PROGRAMS IN CLARK, CHAMPAIGN & MADISON COUNTIES. PROGRAMS ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT ON GOAL AND OUTCOME ACHIEVEMENT ANNUALLY TO VOLUNTEER- LED COMMITTEES.


I & R SERVICES - UNITED WAY PROVIDES A FULL SERVICE OUTSOURCED 2-1-1 CALL CENTER, LINKING PEOPLE TO LOCAL RESOURCES INCLUDING EMERGENCY SERVICES, SUMMER RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, ETC. THE 2-1-1 CALL CENTER RECEIVES APPROXIMATELY 11,000 INQUIRIES THROUGH THE WEBSITE, BLOG AND CALL CENTER.
