THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF UPPER VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER IS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE INPATIENT, OUTPATIENT, AND EMERGENCY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF CHAMPAIGN, DARKE, MIAMI, AND SHELBY COUNTIES.
