FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL, INDUSTRIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND LABOR INTERESTS AND ENTERPRISES, BOTH YOUTH AND ADULT, AND SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, WILL PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE OF AGRICULTURE AND INDUSTRY WITHIN THE COUNTY.

PLANNING FOR AND OPERATING THE ANNUAL CLARK COUNTY FAIR IN JULY OF EACH YEAR AND OPERATIONS OF THE CLARK COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS OUTSIDE OF THE ACTIVITIES PLANNING AND OPERATING THE ANNUAL CLARK COUNTY FAIR.


THE JR FAIR SALES COMMITTEE FACILITATES THE SALE OF 4-H AND FFA LIVESTOCK AT THE CLARK COUNTY JUNIOR FAIR. THESE SALES HELP YOUNG PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE THEIR PERSONAL AND EDUCATIONAL GOALS.
