CEDARS-SINAI HEALTH SYSTEM ("CSHS") WAS FORMED ON MAY 1, 2017 AND IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. IT IS THE SOLE CORPORATE MEMBER OF CEDARS-SINAI MEDICAL CENTER; TORRANCE HEALTH ASSOCIATION, WHICH OFFICIALLY BECAME AFFILIATED ON FEBRUARY 1, 2018 UNDER CSHS; AND PASADENA HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION LTD, WHICH OFFICIALLY BECAME AFFILIATED ON AUGUST 4, 2021 UNDER CSHS.(SEE SCHEDULE O FOR CONTINUATION)(CONTINUED)AREAS FOR COLLABORATION AMONG THE ORGANIZATIONS OF WHICH CSHS IS THE SOLE MEMBER INCLUDE ADVANCED TREATMENTS FOR CANCER, HEART DISEASE, AND BRAIN DISORDERS.
