ALL OF WHICH ARE 501(C)(3). PROVIDE SUPPORT TO TWO ACUTE-CARE HOSPITALS, A HOSPICE, AND A HOME HEALTH AGENCY WHICH, IN TURN, PROVIDE INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT CLINICAL SERVICES.
