PROVIDE OVERALL SUPERVISION, GUIDANCE, LONG RANGE PLANNING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, AND INVESTMENT OF FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF EMANATE HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER, EMANATE HEALTH FOOTHILL PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL, AND EMANATE HEALTH HOSPICE, ALL OF WHICH ARE 501(C)(3). PROVIDE SUPPORT TO TWO ACUTE-CARE HOSPITALS, A HOSPICE, AND A HOME HEALTH AGENCY WHICH, IN TURN, PROVIDE INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT CLINICAL SERVICES.
TO ENSURE THAT ALL ELIGIBLE CHILDREN AND PARENTS IN CALIFORNIA HAVE HEALTHCARE COVERAGE, TO CREATE PARTNERSHIPS THAT HELP TO PREVENT CHILDHOOD OBESITY AND TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY WHO ARE READY TO LEARN WHEN THEY REACH SCHOOL AGE.
