VOUCHER-BASED HEALTHCARE PROGRAM, PROVIDE RESOURCES - BESIDES PROVIDING VOUCHERS TO LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS TO HELP THEM AFFORD VETERINARY CARE FOR THEIR DOGS AND CATS, THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES OTHER RESOURCES PET OWNERS CAN ACCESS TO BENEFIT THE HEALTH OF THEIR PETS. THE VOUCHER-BASED PROGRAM IS OPEN TO ANY LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLD WHERE INCOME IS AT OR BELOW 200% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY RATE. VOUCHER RECIPIENTS MUST LIVE IN CUYAHOGA, LAKE, GEAUGA, SUMMIT, MEDINA, PORTAGE, AND LORAIN COUNTIES. VOUCHERS CAN BE USED AS PAYMENT FOR VETERINARY CARE PROVIDED BY ONE OF OVER THIRTY VETERINARY PARTNERS IN THE SEVEN-COUNTY SERVICE AREA. ANY PET OWNER LIVING IN NORTHEAST OHIO CAN BENEFIT FROM THE LIST OF RESOURCES COLLECTED AND MADE AVAILABLE ONLINE, SUCH AS A MAP OF VETERINARY CLINICS IN THE AREA PLUS OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT HELP KEEP PETS HEALTHY AND HAPPY.
