TO FILL A SIGNIFICANT GAP IN THE OPPORTUNITIES PREVIOUSLY AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA.

Part 3 - Line 4a

GENERAL PROGRAMS - INCLUDES ALL PROGRAMS WITHIN THE CLUBHOUSE NOT SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED TO GARDEN, CULINARY OR EMPLOYMENT. THE CLUBHOUSE HAS 220 ACTIVE MEMBERS (BEEN TO CLUBHOUSE WITHIN LAST THREE MONTHS) AND AVERAGES 35-40 MEMBERS DAILY. PROGRAMS INCLUDES DAILY WELLNESS HOUR, EDUCATION, NEWSLETTER AND SOCIAL MEDIA, SOCIALS (SIX MONTHLY) THAT TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE NORMAL CLUBHOUSE HOURS).


OTHER PROGRAMS - GARDEN, HOPE TO GO AND CULINARY ARTS, HOUSING, REMOTE DEVICES, SOCIALS, TRANSPORTATION, HURRICANE RELIEF AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS.


EMPLOYMENT - EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM FOCUSES ON ASSISTING MEMBERS WITH EMPLOYMENT. THIS INCLUDES RESUME BUILDING AND PRACTICE ON INTERVIEW QUESTIONING. THERE ARE 45 MEMBERS GAINFULLY EMPLOYED AND SEVERAL OTHERS ARE IN THE SEARCH PROCESS.


MEAL PROGRAM - MEAL PROGRAM INCLUDES A HOT LUNCH MEAL FOR MEMBERS EVERY DAY, MONDAY TO FRIDAY. OVER 4,000 LUNCHES WERE SERVED IN 2023.
