BAYLOR YOUTH FOUNDATION PROVIDES A SAFE AND ENGAGING ENVIRONMENT WHERE AT-RISK URBAN YOUTH ARE ENCOURAGED TO DEVELOP THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. WE EMPOWER YOUTH TO REALIZE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND TO INSTILL A SENSE OF HOPE IN THEIR FUTURE THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES & PROGRAMMING.
